Accuquilt Baby Go! Give-Away!! Now Closed

It's GIVE-AWAY time!
Now Closed

To celebrate National Quilt Day I decided to hold a Give-Away!!  I have the great pleasure to announce that I was chosen by Accuquilt to give away one of their amazing Baby Go! machines and 3 dies of your choice!  This amazing little machine will cut 60% of the dies available for the Go! machine.
Isn't she cute??!!

If you have been reading my blog for a while you all know how much I love using my Accuquilt Go! machine and how easy and fun it is to get accurate cuts in so much less time than scissors or rotary cutters!  So, I am thrilled to be able to offer an Accuquilt sponsored give-away to my readers!  Thank you so much Accuquilt!

This is a must have  tool that every quilter should have!

Ok here's the fine print!

For one chance to win you can comment on this post.  Tell me why you would love to win this little cutie or what you would make with it.

For a second chance to win, become a follower and leave another comment here for a second entry.  If you already follow my blog that's fine just leave a comment here telling me that you do.

For a third chance, blog about my giveaway and leave another comment here telling me where I can find your post!

For a fourth chance to win like me on Facebook and leave another comment here.  Again, if you already like me on Facebook just tell me so in a comment.

Every comment is your entry - 1 comment one entry ;-)

Please, please make sure your blogger is not set to no-reply!!!!  Please see my previous post here on how to make sure that you are not a no-reply blogger!  If a no-reply blogger is chosen then I will be forced to draw another name and I really don't want to do that!

UPDATE!!!!  Several of the entries so far are invalid because they are no-reply bloggers!!!!!  If you don't receive a reply from me then your entry is invalid.  You need to follow the link on the button bellow this and fix your settings.  If your comment has not been answered by me then you are a no-reply blogger.  Once you have fixed your settings you will need to re-enter!

The winner will be chosen on Friday!  We have chosen a winner - thank you to everyone who entered.
God luck everyone!

Loving your blog! Why would I love one of these? Cuz i'm currently cutting quilts with blunt cutter blades and kitchen scissors thanks to my husband using my rotary cutter for cutting wires >< Oh my how i'd trade him in for a new one! LOL! That and I want to make quilts for some of the kiddies here in new zealand affected by the earthquakes, but time.. oh my, the time..

I have the Go! but would love a Go! Baby. It would take up much less room on the cutting table. Most of what I cut could be done on the BABY.

Susan said...

Having a Go! would make cutting out pieces so easy. I would love to have one.

I want to make a flower themed quilt, or an classic one.

I now follow your blog!!!!yea!!!!!

I would love to win the Go mostly for the reasons you said in your scrap blog. I would use the scraps to make neo-natal quilts for our local hospital which helped save my granddaughter Christina. I am very new to this technology and the blog "world". As I struggle to learn how to do this I am learning so much about quilting. Young quilters like yourself are teaching Nanny's like me some wonderful things. I am going to look into the square ruler that you used to make that interesting quilt once you recut the squares you sewed together. Thank you for that, even if I don't win, I am coming away with a wonderful experience.

susan said...

Well Katrina, it may have taken some time ( I could not figure out how to put my photo on ) but I am a follower. This will be great. It will make it easier for this Nanny to get to your site. This is "fun"! I am crossing my fingers for luck in this contest. Here is a chance to use the Go a new way to quilt...is it true you can teach an old quilter new tricks!

susan said...

Dear Katrina, I even liked you on Facebook. That was fun and I hope my fellow Facebook quilter family checks out your page too. I am sure they would love to win this Go and if I do win I would love to show it to them. I just thought of another use I would have for it. When we get together to do a Charity Quilt workshop I could bring it to make the cutting go faster. Regardless of all that, thank you for all I learned today.

Hi, I would love to win this little cutie! My sister received one of these for Christmas and loves it. I'm certain she would share with me but she's 12 hours away! I have a bit of fear with regard to applique and would love to learn try and perfect needleturn. Thus far Ive just done fusible. Thanks for the chance!

Chatterbox Quilts said...

I "like" Sunshower Quilts on Facebook. Thanks for the opportunity to win a GO! Baby.

Chatterbox Quilts said...

If I had the GO! Baby I could have my daughter or son cut out fabrics for quilts while I cut out shapes on my Accuquilt GO!. We all like appliqué quilts, so some of the flower appliqué and animal shapes would be what we would use it for.

Unknown said...

I found your blog through a yahoo post. I'm excited to read more and learn more! Thanks for the incentive to get involved!

Unknown said...

Cool! I'm figuring this all out. How would I use a Go! Baby? Baby bibs, t=shirts, quilts, blankets, towels, the sky's the limit. Right now there seems to be a baby boom around here, so I"m busy with baby stuff and this would help. I know the Baby does other things, too, but it would help with applique, both geometric and baby (like the cat and dog!)

TJ said...

I would love to have one to speed up the cutting process on quilts since I have arthritis in the hands and sometimes it can be painful using a rotary cutter.

TJ said...

I just signed up to follow you on Google. Love your blog.

Wow! If I win the Baby GO!, both my mother and I will use it. It will reduce the pain we have from standing to cut, and allow us to make faster progress on quilts. Basic squares and triangles, some applique shapes for baby quilts, and die cut hexies would be such awesome help for these two old quilters.

I would love to win this. I am an avid quilter, like all quilters. Recently I have been designing my own quilts, and have 4 patterns in print, working on my 5th. I have been looking into getting an Accuquilt Go for myself, and by bff, she has carpal tunnel, and so I have to cut all of her fabrics for her to make her quilts. Sure would save me alot of time if I had one of these little beauties

I just found your giveaway and just like every one else would love to win (well, who doesn't!). Right now I am saving up for a new sewing machine because mine only stitches straight lines (and won't really let me fmq...) so buying a go is not something I will be able for a very long time :) So instead I hope to win it :)
What I would do with it? Probably more quilts! I don't do a lot of big quilts because I dread the cutting so getting a go would help me really out with that!
Thank you for the chance and for giving a baby go away!

Hi Katrina!
I would use the Go! Baby to make some same-shaped quilts to donate away. If there are pink, they would go to raise money for Breast Cancer support.
Something teen-like would go to 16 yr olds who have been in Foster Care and at age 16 are released into their own care!
Anything baby or child-like would go to shelters or perhaps intensive care units!
Wish me luck!
Take care, Leslie
